1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or purchasing any educational course on Mustaqbal Academy (“the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“User,” “Student,” or “Instructor”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to all terms and conditions stated herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. User Accounts & Security

When creating an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information, including your legal name which will be inscribed on your verified digital certificates.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Sharing your student login credentials to allow third parties to view paid course lectures is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account suspension without refund.
• You must notify us immediately at mustaqbal450@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Course Enrollments & Lifetime Access

When you enroll in a course on Mustaqbal Academy, whether free or paid, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to view the course video lessons, complete quizzes, and download associated study materials.

Course enrollment grants lifetime digital access to the course content as long as the platform operates and the course remains active in our catalog.

4. Mobile Money Payments & Pricing

We accept payments via East African mobile money providers (Telesom ZAAD, Dahabshiil eDahab, Hormuud Sahal) and international credit/debit cards via secure payment processors.

• All prices are quoted in USD or local currency equivalents at verified exchange rates.
• Mobile money payments are verified automatically using transaction reference codes. Attempting to submit falsified transaction references constitutes fraudulent behavior and will lead to an immediate ban.
• We do not store your private mobile banking PINs or credit card security numbers on our servers.

5. Verifiable Digital Certificates

Certificates of Completion are granted upon fulfilling the complete course requirements, including 100% video completion and attaining the passing score on quizzes.

• Each certificate is assigned a unique cryptographic verification identifier (e.g. MUSTAQBAL-2026-XXXXX) and QR code.
• Certificates are publicly verifiable on our official portal at /verify.
• Any alteration, forgery, or misrepresentation of a Mustaqbal Academy certificate constitutes academic fraud and will result in permanent revocation of the certificate record.

6. Intellectual Property & Content License

All videos, audio, text, graphics, quiz questions, logos, brand assets, and platform source code are the exclusive intellectual property of Mustaqbal Academy and its contributing instructors.

You may not download, screen-record, redistribute, resell, re-upload to YouTube/Telegram/social media, or create derivative commercial works from any course materials without express written authorization.

7. User Conduct & Academic Honesty

Users agree to maintain high academic integrity. You agree not to use automated bots to artificially complete lessons, bypass video timers, or exploit vulnerabilities in the quiz evaluation engine.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on paid courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your enrollment date, subject to:

• You have viewed less than 25% of the total course video lectures.
• No completion certificate has been generated or issued for the course.
• Refunds are processed back to the original mobile money number or credit card used during purchase.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Courses and platform services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to ensure 99.9% platform uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by telecommunication outages or maintenance.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial and digital trade laws. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be settled first through amicable mediation with our legal department.
